Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aec44, an online gaming and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and aec44. • You must be at least 21 years of age. aec44 strictly prohibits access by minors. Providing false date-of-birth information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity. Each individual may hold only one active account on aec44. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number, and preferred payment method.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or responsible-gaming restriction that would prevent you from gambling. If you have voluntarily excluded yourself from gaming activities, you must not attempt to open a new account.

Account Registration & Verification

When you register with aec44, you are required to provide truthful and verifiable personal information. aec44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with anti-fraud and player safety requirements. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence)
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address in Bangladesh
• A screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet used for deposits
• Any additional documentation aec44 deems necessary to verify your identity or the source of your funds

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary account restriction. aec44 will not penalise a player for delays that are outside the player's reasonable control, but we reserve the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory document submission.

Deposits & Withdrawals

aec44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment channels listed on the platform. Supported methods for Bangladeshi players include:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — deposits credited instantly to your aec44 balance.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, or Sonali Bank — subject to standard banking processing times.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 (subject to review for higher amounts).
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. Unverified or partially-verified accounts may experience longer processing times pending KYC completion.

aec44 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your name. Any funds received from an unverified third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

aec44 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• A wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonus funds. The standard rollover is 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from a bonus-funded balance.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of crediting. Any unused bonus or winnings derived from an expired bonus will be forfeited at midnight on the expiry date (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Players found abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or engaging in coordinated bonus wagering — will have bonuses and associated winnings voided.
• Free spins are valued at the default denomination set at the time of crediting. Winnings from free spins may be subject to their own wagering requirement as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Responsible Gaming

• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on aec44 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, and the overall site design — is the property of aec44 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any aec44 content without explicit prior written consent. The aec44 name and logo are trade marks and may not be used in connection with any product or service not affiliated with aec44 without prior written approval.

Privacy & Data Protection

Amendments to These Terms

aec44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the aec44 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a player and aec44, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via our support channels.
